What you will do

• Manage the operation of the finishing production line.
• Monitor and improve production KPIs, safety, product quality, and machine efficiency.
• Coordinate activities across the different processes of the production line.
• Resolve process problems promptly and promote safety norms and standards.
• Lead team management and employee development.
• Drive World Class Manufacturing activities in the factory.

Requirements

• At least 5–6 years of experience managing production, a technical area, or a small team.
• Strong TPM or WCM experience.
• Mechanical background.
• Basic knowledge of hirify.global production processes.
• Experience across multiple processes is an advantage.
