Engineer Strategy Program Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Lead strategic analyses covering engineering investments, product portfolios, resource allocation, operating expenses, capital expenditures, NRE, and productivity initiatives.
• Build workforce, capacity, headcount, skills, hiring, contractor, site-strategy, and budget-planning models.
• Develop executive-ready recommendations, business cases, dashboards, scorecards, decision memos, and management-review materials.
• Partner with engineering, product, finance, HR, procurement, and program leaders to align priorities, identify gaps, and improve delivery confidence.
• Lead AI-enabled engineering transformation analyses, including use-case prioritization, adoption measurement, productivity baselines, value realization, governance, training, and change management.
• Establish planning processes, data definitions, analytical standards, governance mechanisms, and reporting rhythms across globally distributed engineering organizations while mentoring analysts.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in business administration, statistics, MIS, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience in engineering strategy, R&D planning, business operations, product strategy, management consulting, finance, program management, technical operations, or a comparable analytical leadership role.
• Experience supporting decisions in complex technology, engineering, hardware, software, semiconductor, platform, manufacturing, or product-development environments.
• Advanced financial, operational, workforce, capacity, scenario, investment, and business-case modeling skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and presentation development, plus experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or equivalent data-analysis and business-intelligence tools.
• Professional fluency in English is required, including executive pre-reads, decision memos, operating-review materials, and business cases.

Nice to have

• PMI PMP, ACP, or BPA certification.
• Knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, RAG, knowledge-management systems, AI governance, and AI-enabled engineering productivity workflows.
