Director, Program Management - Catalog AI & Quality (Taiwan Relocation)

Location: Taipei, Taiwan; relocation to Taiwan

What you will do

• Lead strategic catalog quality and catalog upgrade initiatives at scale.
• Analyze product data to identify catalog defects, quality issues, and customer experience gaps.
• Define quality standards for product titles, attributes, images, and catalog content.
• Design and implement LLM-powered workflows that automatically detect and resolve catalog issues.
• Build and validate AI MVPs with small cross-functional teams, then scale successful solutions.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Business, and Operations teams while measuring business impact through experimentation and A/B testing.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management, Product Management, Product Operations, Data Products, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience applying LLMs and AI technologies to real-world business problems.
• Hands-on experience designing workflows, automation solutions, or data pipelines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes in complex datasets.
• Ability to independently build MVPs and rapidly iterate solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with catalog management, search, recommendations, marketplaces, or e-commerce platforms.
• Product Management experience in a large-scale technology company.
• Experience with prompt engineering, LLM evaluation frameworks, and AI product development.
• Experience with large-scale datasets and consumer-facing products.
• Background at Amazon, Uber, Airbnb, Agoda, or a similar technology company.
