Project Manager (Semiconductor Operations)

What you will do

• Lead strategic projects and transformation programs across P&D Taiwan Planning & Delivery.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, budgets, resources, risks, and success criteria.
• Drive operational excellence across warehouse operations, transport material management, and service parts fulfillment.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen, process mapping, root-cause analysis, and value stream improvement methods.
• Lead stakeholder communication, organizational change, training, and user adoption.
• Define performance indicators, quantify business benefits, and embed sustainable best practices.

Requirements

• 10–15 years of experience in operations, supply chain, and/or industrialization.
• Hands-on experience in operations, logistics, and supply chain, with a proven record of leading process improvements.
• Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech equipment industry.
• Experience in change management and business interventions that improve performance and leadership engagement.
• Fluent English, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, influencing, and relationship management skills.
