Account Liaison Officer (Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid role in the UK: 3 days per week at hirify.global Omega Campus, Warrington; 1 day at Icon 1, Manchester Airport; 1 day working from home.

What you will do

• Act as the primary operational contact for co-manufacturing customers, providing updates on production progress, lead times, open orders, and dispatch schedules.
• Coordinate customer requirements with Planning, Production, Materials Management, Quality, Logistics, and Dispatch teams.
• Collect demand forecasts, monitor component and raw material deliveries, track OTIF performance, and identify supply risks.
• Translate customer purchase orders into production and planning schedules and manage production orders in the Ingenuity platform.
• Maintain customer price lists, B2B portal data, reporting suites, master SKU records, and new product range administration.
• Reconcile customer-supplied raw materials, packaging, and ingredients while providing production timing updates to Commercial and Finance teams.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service, client liaison, supply chain coordination, account coordination, or production administration, preferably in FMCG, food and beverage, packaging, or manufacturing.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to maintain professional customer relationships.
• High accuracy in order processing, stock reconciliation, and system data maintenance.
• Basic understanding of production workflows, material lead times, and supply chain processes.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and reporting spreadsheets.
• Comfort working with ERP, MRP, or proprietary ordering portals.

Nice to have

• Experience in contract manufacturing or third-party client operations.
• Familiarity with food, nutrition, or pharmaceutical manufacturing standards such as BRCGS or GMP.
