Install Coordinator (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Define project and program objectives, outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource plans.
• Coordinate assigned projects and programs to meet product and process specifications, cost, resource, and schedule requirements.
• Document project, program, and process development activities and transfer relevant information across functions.
• Manage material and financial resources and collaborate with staff to maximize project productivity.
• Research and support the development of new technologies, processes, designs, and methodologies for integration into products and services.
• Ensure compliance with engineering documentation, intellectual property, confidentiality, and safety policies.

Requirements

• Depth and/or breadth of expertise in a specialized discipline or field.
• Ability to interpret business challenges and recommend best practices for products, processes, or services.
• Ability to lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity.
• Strong analytical problem-solving, judgment, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, reach, lift, work in tight spaces, distinguish colors, and work around noise.
• Ability to use hand and power tools and wear required cleanroom personal protective equipment.
