Director, Product Platform (SaaS)

Location: NLD - Alphen Aan Den Rijn, Netherlands. Applicants may be required to appear onsite at a hirify.global office during the recruitment process.

What you will do

• Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for shared platform capabilities across the Enablon portfolio.
• Lead product direction for APIs, integrations, identity, data services, and AI-enabled platform components.
• Lead and develop a team of approximately ten Product Managers and Product Owners.
• Partner with Platform Engineering, Architecture, Product Management, and business leadership on complex platform decisions.
• Establish reusable services, common standards, governance frameworks, and prioritization models.
• Monitor platform performance and adoption through meaningful metrics and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant leadership experience in Product Management, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
• Proven success defining and scaling platform products supporting multiple applications, business domains, or customer solutions.
• Deep understanding of APIs, integration platforms, Identity and Access Management, data platforms, and data services.
• Knowledge of event-driven and distributed architectures.
• Experience partnering with Engineering and Architecture leaders on complex product initiatives.
• Ability to lead managers and senior product professionals in a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-enabled platforms and intelligent product capabilities.
• Exposure to developer platforms and API monetization strategies.
• Experience in EHS, Risk Management, Sustainability, Compliance, Operational Excellence, or related enterprise software markets.
