Product Owner (Operational Policing Solutions)

Location: Remote, but must be located for easy commute to London. Candidates must have a pre-existing right to work and travel within the EU.

What you will do

• Define, manage, and own the product vision for Operational Policing Solutions.
• Own and prioritise the product backlog based on user needs and business value.
• Collaborate with product, software development, UX, and customer teams to gather and prioritise requirements.
• Define product roadmaps using commercial and technical judgment.
• Evaluate and accept completed software against agreed quality and functional standards.
• Support competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for innovation.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a similar product management role within SaaS or software.
• Strong communication, leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with design and product management tools such as Aha!.
• Understanding of the public safety market is preferred but not essential.
• Met Police Security Clearance is required before starting the role.
