TikTok Shop Affiliate Manager

Location: Fully remote; listed locations are Kaunas or Vilnius, Lithuania

What you will do

• Build and grow a network of TikTok creators and affiliate partners across international markets.
• Manage creator partnerships from outreach and negotiation through onboarding, product seeding, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns and provide creators with clear briefs while preserving creative flexibility.
• Track content performance, conversions, and sales to identify effective partnerships and scale them.
• Manage multiple campaigns and partnerships independently, keeping communication and execution on track.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a large portfolio of active affiliates or influencers and multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Experience with clear processes for communication, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
• Strong understanding of creator communities and content that drives purchases.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a data-informed approach to improving results.
• Ability to manage priorities independently and communicate progress clearly as a freelance partner.

• Experience with TikTok Shop.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn the specifics of TikTok Shop.
