Affiliate Partnerships Manager (Crypto)

Digital asset products embedded in Telegram, including a multi-chain Crypto Wallet and self-custodial TON Wallet serving over 100 million user accounts.

What you will do

• Own outbound affiliate acquisition from sourcing and outreach through qualification, negotiation, and first publication.
• Build and manage a pipeline of creators, trading communities, and crypto distribution partners across target markets.
• Sell revenue-share partnerships, negotiate commercial terms, and improve partner quality and revenue potential.
• Pre-screen KYC and geography requirements so partnerships reach compliance cleanly.
• Develop leading partners into ambassadors who can source additional affiliates.
• Coordinate with paid campaigns, account management, and compliance to launch partnerships and remove blockers.

Requirements

• Experience in affiliate partnerships, business development, or performance partnerships, preferably in crypto, trading, or fintech.
• Proven outbound closing experience, including high-volume cold sourcing and direct work with creators.
• Strong understanding of RevShare, CPA, hybrid deals, sub-affiliate structures, incentives, attribution, and ROI.
• Crypto-native knowledge of exchange affiliate programs, Telegram trading communities, and creator monetization.
• Experience launching in CIS, West Asia, and Central Asia, or entering unfamiliar markets from scratch.
• Upper-intermediate English or higher.
