Creator Manager (TikTok Shop)

hirify.global is a telemedicine company providing hormone replacement therapy for women in menopause through in-house technology, compounding pharmacies, and physicians.

What you will do

• Source and recruit creators through TikTok, agencies, marketplaces, inbound applications, and direct outreach.
• Manage creator relationships from onboarding and briefing through deliverables, revisions, usage rights, exclusivity, and payment.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok Shop affiliate creators while growing the channel as an acquisition and sales driver.
• Lead a small team of Virtual Assistants supporting creator outreach, affiliate management, and operations.
• Maintain the content pipeline and searchable content library for paid advertising, whitelisting, partnership ads, and organic social.
• Track creator activity, content volume, cost per asset, creator performance, and affiliate results.

Requirements

• Proven experience sourcing and managing creators at volume, with an established network and measurable track record.
• Hands-on TikTok Shop experience, especially recruiting and managing affiliate creators.
• Experience working with creator agencies and marketplaces, as well as negotiating usage rights, exclusivity, and deliverables.
• Experience managing a Virtual Assistant or remote operations team.
• Strong organization, written communication, ownership, and follow-through in a high-volume creator pipeline.
• Ability to build a creator program from a small base and improve its processes and scalability.

Nice to have

• Experience selling through TikTok Shop and Amazon, including listings, merchandising, and promotions.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, supplements, wellness, menopause, or women’s midlife health.
• Experience with creator marketplaces or affiliate management platforms.
• Comfort using spreadsheets, project management tools, communication platforms, and creator operations software.
