Focus on monitoring business targets, presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders, and promoting effective use of analytics across the organization.

What you will do

Deliver regular reports and analyses highlighting trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
Work with teams across the organization to understand data needs and provide relevant insights.
Monitor and report the business scorecard, identify potential target misses, and raise red flags.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
Promote a data-driven culture by educating teams on effective use of data.
Track industry trends and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong attention to detail and time management.
Knowledge of SQL and proficiency with visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI are preferred.
