What you will do
- Deliver regular reports and analyses highlighting trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Work with teams across the organization to understand data needs and provide relevant insights.
- Monitor and report business scorecards, identify risks to target achievement, and raise potential issues.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Promote a data-driven culture by educating and empowering colleagues to use data effectively.
- Track industry trends and data analytics best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Industrial Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Knowledge of SQL and willingness to improve technical skills.
- Proficiency in visualization tools such as Looker or Power BI is preferred.
