Information Security Officer – Security Data and Reporting

Location: The Hague, Netherlands; hybrid working

Salary: €5,030–€6,707 per month based on a 40-hour week

What you will do

• Maintain the vision for security and compliance with security officers and the security architect.
• Strengthen CISO reporting with data-driven insights and support data-driven security decisions.
• Drive and coordinate improvements to security processes and procedures across NN Group.
• Develop strategies for security risk assessments, control automation, and process optimization.
• Contribute to security topics including AI, threat modelling, and control automation.
• Communicate security initiatives and insights to management teams, DevOps teams, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proactive, results-driven, precise, and able to maintain the broader organizational perspective.
• Hands-on experience with information security and risk processes and procedures.
• Strong understanding of IT security, compliance methods, and industry standards.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI is required, or experience with similar tools and willingness to learn Power BI.
• Conceptual understanding of data-driven working and strong knowledge of data lakes.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to align with senior management and stakeholders in complex organizational environments.
