Deployment Strategists (Crypto)

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $116K–$150K per year, plus equity and bonus.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements, from discovery and implementation through education and ongoing monitoring.
• Partner with financial institution customers to translate AML/CFT compliance and market expansion goals into data-driven monitoring solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain custom compliance workflows, notebooks, dashboards, and risk visualizations.
• Lead solution design discussions and technical deep dives integrating hirify.global data into banking infrastructure and compliance stacks.
• Present technical findings and regulatory implications to data teams and compliance leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Regulatory Affairs teams and mentor Services colleagues.

Requirements

• Customer-facing experience delivering data or analytics solutions in the private sector.
• Experience with AML, KYC, financial crime, or regulatory compliance for customers in the Americas.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis, transformation, and automated compliance monitoring.
• Experience building notebooks and dashboards using large-scale financial transaction data.
• Understanding of data modeling and the ability to map blockchain data structures to banking KYT requirements.
• Ability to work across regulatory jurisdictions and customer risk profiles.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting cryptocurrency compliance workflows such as alert tuning, SAR filing, or sanctions screening.
• Experience with traditional financial institutions or high-growth fintech companies.
• Knowledge of BSA, the Travel Rule, or OFAC requirements.
