About the Role
You will lead cross-functional compliance operations projects, support audits and regulatory examinations, coordinate evidence and data collection, improve processes, monitor KPIs, and design and operate AI-based automations. You will work with technical partners to define, test, and roll out process changes and tools.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in compliance, compliance operations, risk operations, internal audit, regulatory compliance, or financial crime prevention
- At least 3 years owning audits, regulatory deliverables, or cross-functional programs
- Hands-on experience working with external or regulatory auditors or performing internal audits
- 5+ years creating compliance processes and flows and leading cross-functional projects
- Experience modernizing, automating, and documenting complex processes and workflows
- Experience with AI or LLM tools
- Experience with Excel or Looker
- Experience working with Product, Data, or R&D teams
- English communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and regulatory deadlines
- Analytical and data-oriented skills
- Global experience
Responsibilities
- Lead cross-company compliance operations projects from requirements through handover
- Design, build, and run AI agents and automations for compliance operations
- Represent compliance operations to compliance leadership, auditors, regulators, and card schemes
- Recommend process and control changes
- Improve compliance operations processes across other teams
- Support audit and regulatory examinations from scoping through remediation closure
- Coordinate data pulls and build evidence packs and data sets
- Monitor KPI dashboards and drive continuous improvement
- Promote proactivity, efficiency, innovation, and continuous learning within risk and compliance functions
