🚀 𝗪𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: 𝗛𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝗼𝗳 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁

🎯 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲'𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿:
✔ 6+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Business Development within FinTech, Payments, Banking, or Crypto
✔ 2+ years of leadership experience
✔ Strong understanding of payment processing, merchant lifecycle, and revenue growth
✔ Experience managing strategic enterprise clients
✔ Fluent Russian and English

𝗜𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲, 𝘆𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹:
🔹 Lead and develop the Account Management team
🔹 Own key client relationships and drive portfolio growth
🔹 Build scalable AM processes, KPIs, and retention strategies
🔹 Partner with Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations teams
🔹 Turn customer relationships into long-term revenue opportunities
