Change Expert - AVP (Banking)

What you will do

• Lead and manage banking portfolio projects from initiation through completion.
• Develop project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with compliance, risk management, IT, business units, and cross-functional project teams.
• Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Provide project updates on status, issues, and risks to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members while supporting continuous improvement.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience leading transformation or strategic projects.
• Experience managing large-scale projects in a banking environment.
• Experience with banking regulations, change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and team management experience, plus proficiency with project management tools and software.
