Lead Advanced Practice Provider (Virtual Health Assessment)

Location: Remote from Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas, or Virginia. Daily work is performed from a home office; occasional travel may be required for team meetings and company events.

Base pay: $135,000–$176,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide direct patient care through telemedicine using video, phone, and messaging.
• Manage a primarily virtual patient panel and coordinate in-person care when required.
• Supervise APPs, including NPs and PAs, and support their professional and clinical growth.
• Serve as a clinical escalation point for APPs, RNs, and Medical Assistants.
• Help develop clinical guidelines, improve the care model, and collaborate with Operations and Product teams.
• Maintain accountability for patient care quality and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Full practice licensure in good standing in Florida plus at least three additional listed states is required.
• DNP, FNP, ENP, or PA qualification from an accredited program.
• Board certification through NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC.
• At least 5 years of primary or urgent care experience.
• At least 1 year of experience delivering care in a community-based or in-person setting.

Nice to have

• Spanish fluency.
• Prior telehealth experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising clinical teams, including NPs and PAs.
• Experience working with metrics, population health management, quality benchmarks, and productivity.
