Senior ServiceNow Developer (Public Sector)

Location: Katowice, Poland; applicants must be located in Poland and have EU citizenship. The role includes visits to the Katowice office and occasional business trips abroad.

Salary: 12,000–16,000 PLN gross/month under UoP; 100–140 PLN/hour net + VAT under B2B.

What you will do

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, optimization, and upgrade projects.
• Analyze business requirements and design scalable solutions primarily for the ITSM module.
• Configure and develop workflows, catalog items, business rules, script includes, integrations, APIs, and other platform components.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term fixes.
• Review and refactor custom code to improve performance, maintainability, and compliance with ServiceNow best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, consultants, and Agile teams while maintaining technical documentation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• ServiceNow CSA certification and strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Fluent English at B2/C1 level, strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• EU citizenship and current location in Poland are required.

Nice to have

• Additional ServiceNow certifications such as CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-HRSD, or CIS-ITOM.
• Experience with HRSD, SLO, ITOM, or similar ServiceNow modules.
• French at B2/C1 level.
