Service Developer (MS Power Platform & BMC)

Location: Hybrid from Gdańsk or Warszawa, with 2–3 days per week from the office

Salary: 1,000–1,200 PLN/day on B2B

What you will do

• Own the service architecture, workflows, and integrations within a Self Service Portal ecosystem.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain services, workflows, forms, and automations in ServiceNow, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
• Design, build, and maintain API integrations between enterprise systems and platforms.
• Create and support databases, data models, and data ownership practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, service owners, and platform teams while supporting incident resolution, testing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Senior experience as a Service Developer or in a similar role.
• Experience with ServiceNow or comparable service management platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Proven experience designing and supporting API integrations.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, database design, data modeling, data management, governance, quality, and compliance.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Active Directory, SailPoint IdentityIQ, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management processes.
• Experience with BMC Helix, Digital Workplace, or similar service management platforms.
• Experience with enterprise workflow and automation platforms.
