What you will do

• Organize business analysis at the outset of IT projects.
• Apply understanding of project lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
• Analyze business needs and support decision-making and problem-solving.
• Communicate with project stakeholders and manage analysis activities independently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT domain.
• English at B2+ level, with strong writing, listening, and speaking skills.
• Proactive approach, strong communication, and self-management skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business management, engineering, computer science, software engineering, or an equivalent field.
• Knowledge of sports, financial services, e-commerce, insurance, life sciences, logistics, or another business domain.
• Agile, business analysis, or project management certifications.
• Presales or project management experience.
