Senior Manager, Investigations - APAC/EMEA (MedTech)

Location: Hybrid role based in Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines; approximately 10–15% travel for critical business needs.

What you will do

• Execute end-to-end employee relations investigations, including intake, planning, interviews, evidence review, findings, documentation, and recommendations.
• Manage a high volume of complex and sensitive cases while meeting service-level expectations and ensuring timely resolution.
• Apply standardized investigation frameworks, tools, and documentation practices to maintain consistency, quality, and audit readiness.
• Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to validate findings, manage risk, and complete appropriate case closure actions.
• Identify recurring patterns and systemic risks across cases, escalating insights and supporting process improvements.
• Guide HR partners on investigation processes, documentation standards, case handling, and prioritization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Typically 8–10 years of experience in employee relations, investigations, or a related HR discipline.
• Demonstrated experience conducting investigations end-to-end and managing multiple concurrent cases.
• Strong knowledge of investigation techniques, documentation standards, and employment practices across APAC and/or EMEA.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, document findings accurately, and handle confidential information with discretion.
• English is required; additional regional languages are a plus.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree, JD, or equivalent advanced degree.
• Experience in high-volume or centralized investigations environments and familiarity with case management systems.
• Experience in regulated industries such as MedTech, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
• Experience with labor relations, unionized environments, multi-country investigations, or diverse legal frameworks.
• HR, investigations, or compliance-related certifications.
