International Mobility Advisor

What you will do

• Provide advisory and operational support across international mobility programs and processes.
• Support long-term assignments, short-term assignments, and foreign local hire arrangements.
• Deliver accurate, responsive, and customer-focused support to employees and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to ensure smooth mobility execution.
• Identify process improvements, simplify ways of working, and enhance service delivery.
• Take ownership of issues, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely follow-through.

Requirements

• Strong experience in international mobility or global mobility operations.
• Experience supporting long-term assignments, short-term assignments, and foreign local hire programs across APAC and/or EMEA.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ownership, accountability, problem-solving ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow.
