Senior Representative-Human Resources Representative

What you will do

• Lead investigations into employee misconduct, policy violations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Advise managers on disciplinary actions, performance issues, labor matters, and improvement plans.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and behavioral assessments.
• Support performance management, employee development planning, labor relations, compliance audits, and accurate HR documentation.
• Manage HRIS transactions, reports, dashboards, data analysis, and HR process improvements.
• Coach and mentor HR team members, lead HR projects, and act as HR Supervisor or HR Manager when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive human resources experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory, team lead, or people management experience.
• Strong experience in employee relations, recruitment, labor compliance, disciplinary cases, and workplace investigations.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices, with excellent communication, coaching, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
