Inventory Control Analyst

Location: Onsite in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia

What you will do

• Conduct daily cycle counts across functional areas, raw material locations, and finished goods areas.
• Reconcile inventory counts, perform root cause analysis, and identify trends in discrepancies.
• Track inventory errors and report findings to responsible stakeholders.
• Prepare cycle count data and inventory accuracy percentages for management review.
• Maintain FIFO inventory rotation and lot number sequence integrity.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in manufacturing or a related field is preferred.
• Experience with multiple locations, RF systems, and barcode scanning.
• Experience controlling documents and tracking materials.
• Familiarity with software-based cycle count and physical inventory programs.
• Ability to work indoors while standing and walking, follow safety procedures, use PPE, and operate approved low-risk tools.

Nice to have

• Warehouse experience.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing facility.
