Summer 2027 Process Transformation Intern (June - August)

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid schedule with 2 remote days and 3 on-site days

Hourly pay rate: $21.00–$25.00

What you will do

• Document current-state end-to-end workflows and identify process improvement opportunities across middle- and back-office functions.
• Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and meetings across MFS.
• Maintain service provider contact lists, documentation, and contract files for Operations.
• Track performance and maturity-model metrics for regular management reporting.
• Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams on transformation goals and initiatives.
• Support additional Operations responsibilities as requested.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Ability to coordinate across diverse teams and leadership levels.
• Interest in process transformation, operational risk, and project management.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
