Skilled Maintenance Team Member (Industrial/Facilities Maintenance)

Location: Liberty, North Carolina, United States; onsite manufacturing role

Salary: $36.00–$48.85 per hour, plus applicable shift premiums and a quarterly attendance bonus.

What you will do

• Support safety, quality, production, and cost goals across the manufacturing operation.
• Maintain plant utility and building systems, including power, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC, dust collection equipment, pumps, and tank farm systems.
• Operate and maintain industrial processing equipment used to manufacture products.
• Troubleshoot equipment and systems to resolve maintenance and production issues.
• Work outside when required and support operations during shutdowns and other maintenance periods.

Requirements

• Industrial or facilities maintenance experience, or related military experience.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Suite and Maximo/CMMS.
• Technical knowledge in areas such as PLCs, hydraulics and pneumatics, motion and motor control, welding, or machining.
• Availability for any shift, overtime, holidays, weekends, and shutdowns.
• Ability to read, understand, and verbally communicate safety instructions and information in English.

Nice to have

• Degree in industrial maintenance, electrical systems, or industrial automation.
• HVAC, low- and medium-voltage power, chemical systems, reliability-centered maintenance, or condition-based monitoring experience or certifications.
• Battery, cell/module, or highly automated production experience.
• Experience with PLC programming, controls, IoT data collection and analysis, precision mechanics, vision systems, or robot maintenance.
• Knowledge of predictive maintenance, Lean Manufacturing, FMEA, or reliability-centered maintenance techniques.
