Malaysia Cyber Growth Leader (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and implement growth and client-retention strategies across the Malaysia cyber market.
• Establish a Cyber Risk Center of Excellence with Marsh Malaysia and Asia leadership.
• Drive business development through RFPs, account penetration, and client prospecting.
• Build the Marsh cyber brand through public speaking, client engagement, and media interactions.
• Partner with cyber risk consulting and regional leadership teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
• Lead and mentor team members while improving client outcomes through digital tools.

Requirements

• Advanced understanding of the insurance industry and cyber risk landscape.
• Commercial judgment with the ability to develop financial plans and drive business growth.
• Confident presentation and communication skills for small and large audiences.
• Proven experience leading successful teams and managing talent.
• More than ten years of experience in the cyber market or a similar specialist insurance line.
• Strong relationships with underwriters and a proven record of client service and growth in professional services.
