What you will do
- Receive and verify incoming materials against goods receipt documentation, quantities, and acceptance requirements.
- Bin, store, pick, kit, and issue materials against approved work orders and requisitions.
- Maintain stock records, bin allocations, movement transactions, and cycle counts.
- Record goods receipts, serial numbers, lot details, and supporting documentation for complete material traceability.
- Apply MRP, FIFO, lot-control, ESD, RoHS, REACH, ISO, health and safety, and material-handling requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 or Matric.
- At least 2 years of material-handling experience in a stores or warehouse environment.
- Experience using an MRP or inventory-management system.
- Knowledge of inventory and stock control, receiving, binning, issuing, order picking, and production kitting.
- Understanding of stock verification, cycle counting, material identification, labelling, lot control, serial-number management, and inventory documentation.
- Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment is advantageous.
