Branch Controller (Logistics)

What you will do

• Manage the overall operation of the outbound returns facility and ensure efficient movement of returned goods.
• Control operational costs, delivery timelines, warehouse efficiency, and compliance with company policies and service level agreements.
• Implement and maintain warehouse systems that support accurate identification, tracking, and distribution of products.
• Extract operational data, generate performance reports, and identify opportunities for process and value improvement.
• Train, supervise, and support warehouse employees while maintaining health, safety, cleanliness, and performance standards.
• Coordinate with senior management and Human Resources, and oversee warehouse equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.

Requirements

• Matric qualification.
• 4–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or outbound distribution.
• Proven experience supervising or managing warehouse teams.
• Hands-on experience with returns handling, outbound logistics, and system-driven operations.
• Ability to implement warehouse systems, train and motivate staff, and work independently and collaboratively.
• Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is advantageous.
