Training Academy Leader

Location: On-site in Metzingen / Riederich, Germany

hirify.global develops robotics solutions and operates a technical Service & Academy function supporting robot usage and applications.

What you will do

• Define Academy curricula for robot operators, programmers, and integrators.
• Build certification programs with structured learning paths, examinations, and certificates.
• Prepare training content for product launches and enable Sales, Service, NeuraGym, and new colleagues.
• Lead, develop, and grow the trainer team while setting training quality standards and planning trainer capacity, labs, and robot equipment.
• Build online and blended learning through e-learning, virtual classes, simulation exercises, AI tutors, personalized learning paths, and automated assessment.
• Own the training system, administration, Academy business model, budget, P&L, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Degree in engineering, robotics, computer science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of technical training or academy experience, including at least three years in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of robotics, automation, and robot applications.
• Experience building curricula, certification programs, online learning, and e-learning content with authoring tools.
• Hands-on experience with LMS and training administration systems, including integrations with CRM, e-commerce, and invoicing.
• Fluent German and English required.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI tools to learning, including content creation, tutoring, personalized learning, and assessment.
• Experience with pricing, budgets, P&L responsibility, or building and scaling an international training business.
