Regional Trainer, DACH

Location: Munich, Germany; the role focuses on Germany, Switzerland, and Austria and includes regular travel for in-person training events.

What you will do

• Deliver engaging training through in-person events, meetings, webinars, on-camera videos, trade shows, and LMS platforms.
• Adapt communication styles for retail consumer electronics, installed services, AV experts, and retail management audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, content, and field advocacy teams to improve product education and sales enablement.
• Support partners outside training events by answering questions and clarifying product topics.
• Monitor industry and technology trends and maintain high presentation standards.
• Help develop consistent, high-quality training experiences across the DACH region.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in public speaking and on-camera presentations.
• Experience communicating technical or product knowledge to others.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Ability to travel throughout North America, Europe, Asia, and Australia for potential monthly in-person training events.
• Strong organization, project management, writing, and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across functions.

Nice to have

• 1–3 years of experience in technical education.
• Experience in audio-video retail, installation, or design.
• Experience managing learning management systems and planning live events or workshops.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Adobe Suite, and Adobe Premiere.
• Additional fluency in Polish or Italian.
