Lead Enterprise Architect (Digital Health)

What you will do

• Develop enterprise-wide target-state architectures and strategic roadmaps.
• Guide major business and technology transformation initiatives across global operations, manufacturing, supply chain, and enterprise platforms.
• Define reference architectures, enterprise principles, standards, and technology guardrails.
• Identify and manage dependencies, risks, and opportunities across transformation programs.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to align technology strategy with business outcomes.
• Lead architecture governance forums, review boards, and councils while mentoring architects and strengthening the architecture practice.

Requirements

• Significant enterprise architecture expertise in complex, large-scale organizations.
• Proven experience defining target-state architectures and leading architecture strategy for major transformation programs.
• Deep knowledge of business, information, application, integration, and technology architecture domains.
• Understanding of enterprise platforms, ERP ecosystems, integration strategies, and modern technology landscapes.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and executive influencing capabilities.
• Experience leading architecture governance forums, review boards, or enterprise architecture councils, with the ability to mentor and develop architects.
