Sr. Software Developer III (.NET)

Location: Hybrid; candidates must be local to the D.C. metro area and must verify eligibility to work in the United States.

Salary: $184,000–$225,000 per year, plus possible performance-based bonuses and additional incentives.

What you will do

• Design, develop, modernize, and support custom enterprise applications for mission-critical federal systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while supporting operations and maintenance.
• Apply secure coding practices and contribute to resilient, reliable software delivery.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, automated deployments, source code management, and Docker-based containerization.
• Participate in code reviews and Agile ceremonies, and communicate technical decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Provide essential personnel support during government shutdowns, emergencies, or other critical situations when required.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance with current or previously held SCI access.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
• DoD 8140-compliant certification, such as Security+ or higher.
• Azure Developer Associate, AWS Developer Associate, or a recent and relevant software development certification.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience with enterprise applications in mission-critical environments.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, .NET Framework, Entity Framework, ASP.NET, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Node.js, Angular and/or React, SQL Server, T-SQL, Windows Server, PowerShell, IIS, Kerberos, and OIDC.
