TL;DR

Location: Mobile, Alabama, United States; 100% onsite

hirify.global manufactures commercial aircraft at its U.S. facility in Mobile, producing A320 Family and A220 aircraft.

What you will do

  • Execute technical quality inspections throughout the aircraft production process, focusing on structural and mechanical components.
  • Perform visual, incoming, first-article, and final inspections against design specifications, customer requirements, and certification standards.
  • Record inspection results, marks, reports, and aircraft documentation in SAP, SAL, FLEXNET, and NCMS systems.
  • Support troubleshooting, Functional Test Procedures, Quality Survey requests, and the documentation of non-conformances.
  • Audit non-conformance rework orders and workbooks, validate process adherence, and track components through the non-conformance process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Three years of experience as a Quality Inspector in aviation, with emphasis on mechanical or structural components and assemblies.
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, drawing systems, inspection plans, inspection coordination, and production-line practices.
  • Experience using mechanical, optical, and electrical length-measurement inspection tools.
  • English communication skills are required for work in a multicultural and multifunctional environment.
  • Must be eligible for employment in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

  • Previous mechanic or technician experience.
  • Airline experience.
  • A&P license.
