Inspector

Location: Onsite in Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, USA. Monday–Friday, 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m. Training takes place on the first shift for approximately 8 weeks before moving to the afternoon shift.

What you will do

• Inspect incoming materials, parts, in-process assemblies, and finished goods against drawings, specifications, and technical requirements.
• Review Certificates of Conformance to verify that received materials match purchase and quality requirements.
• Operate an X-Ray Fluorescence machine for incoming inspections and use a small oven for capacitor de-aging when required.
• Prepare returned material authorizations and initiate non-conforming material reports for items that do not meet specifications.
• Maintain inspection logs, documents, and part-retention records while coordinating with Quality and Production.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area and follow company safety and quality policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic mechanical or machine-operation aptitude and willingness to learn tools, equipment, and machinery.
• Ability to understand technical processes, follow detailed work instructions, and use basic computer systems.
• Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, communication, teamwork, reliable attendance, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, including flexible hours and overtime when needed.
• Must provide proof of U.S. citizenship, permanent U.S. residency, or protected-individual status because the role involves U.S.-controlled export technology.

Nice to have

• Previous inspection or manufacturing experience or relevant training.
