International Mobility Advisor

What you will do

• Provide advisory and operational support across international mobility programs and processes.
• Support Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, and Foreign Local Hire arrangements.
• Deliver accurate, responsive, and customer-focused support to employees and stakeholders.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners to coordinate mobility activities.
• Identify process improvements, simplify ways of workhirify.global, and enhance service delivery.
• Take ownership of issues, solve problems proactively, and ensure timely follow-through.

Requirements

• Strong experience in International Mobility or Global Mobility Operations.
• Experience supporthirify.global Long-Term Assignments, Short-Term Assignments, and Foreign Local Hire programs across APAC and/or EMEA.
• Strong stakeholder management, relationship-buildhirify.global, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ownership, accountability, problem-solvhirify.global ability, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolvhirify.global environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Assignment Pro, Workday, and ServiceNow.
