Salary: $75,000–$90,000 per year plus potential bonus

What you will do
- Lead and manage a 12–20-person outbound contact center team.
- Hire, train, monitor, coach, motivate, and support contact center agents.
- Manage production levels, monitor performance, and complete performance reviews.
- Provide call coaching and assist agents with technical issues.
- Track daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly statistics and report results to leadership.
- Monitor attendance, paid time off, timekeeping, and payroll submission approvals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of outbound call center management experience.
- Familiarity with outbound predictive dialing systems.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work on-site in West Roseville, California.
