OneBeat Media and Tech Production Team Member (Live Event Production)

Location: Onsite in Ocean Township, New Jersey. Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; shift times may vary. Weekend availability and travel from January through June are required during peak season.

What you will do

• Sort and upload photos, videos, and judge critique video files from OneBeat events.
• Publish media and judge critique files to clients.
• Prepare and maintain media storage devices, production equipment, scoring equipment, and related systems.
• Assist with social media content, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Research equipment and develop procedures to keep media workflows current, streamlined, and efficient.
• Support proprietary software and troubleshoot media and scoring systems during touring events and weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, Acrobat, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, and Lightroom.
• Experience in live event production and media production.
• Knowledge of networking, video encoding, and basic to moderate IT logic.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, time-management, and self-management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be available for onsite work, weekend support during peak season, and travel from January through June.

• Previous experience in the dance event industry.
