Salary: $130,384.05–$176,401.95 annually

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, qualify, validate, and execute non-regulated immunoassays for pharmacokinetic and soluble target protein measurements.
• Perform sample analysis using ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab, Quanterix, AlphaLISA, and related platforms.
• Design experiments, analyze results, troubleshoot assay issues, and implement improvements independently.
• Generate reproducible bioanalytical data and communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and team discussions.
• Support assay transfer, method qualification, validation, laboratory operations, instrument maintenance, reagent qualification, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with Discovery Research, Precision Medicine, Translational Safety and Risk Sciences, and other functional groups.

Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, or MD with relevant postdoctoral experience; or a master's degree with 3 years of scientific experience; or a bachelor's degree with 5 years of scientific experience.
• 3–5 years of industry or contract research organization experience in immunoassay development and bioanalysis.
• Hands-on experience developing, qualifying, validating, and executing non-regulated immunoassays.
• Experience with ELISA, MSD/ECL, Gyrolab, Quanterix, AlphaLISA, or related immunoassay technologies.
• Experience supporting pharmacokinetic and soluble target protein measurements for biologics programs.
• Strong experimental, troubleshooting, data analysis, technical writing, communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in Immunology, Biochemistry, Bioanalytical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Experience generating bioanalytical data in regulated or non-regulated research environments.
