Enterprise AI Agent Development Engineer

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States; onsite

Salary: $150,000–$180,000 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and continuously optimize enterprise AI agents.
• Build task planning, tool calling, and workflow orchestration capabilities using large language models.
• Integrate AI agents with ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, and order management systems.
• Develop and optimize enterprise system interfaces and agent tools.
• Collaborate with product and business teams to deploy AI agent solutions in enterprise environments.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a related field, plus at least 3 years of work experience.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals with proficiency in Java and Python.
• Experience developing applications with large language models, including prompt engineering and function calling.
• Hands-on experience with LangGraph and Agent Scope.
• Familiarity with APIs, databases, microservices, and enterprise system integration methods.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying enterprise AI agent solutions and integrating ERP, CRM, OA, supply chain, or order management systems.
• Familiarity with MCP, OAuth 2.0, SSO, and RBAC.
• Experience with complex workflow orchestration, multi-agent collaboration, or private large language model deployments.
