Full Stack Software Engineer (GCP)

Location: Dearborn, Michigan, United States. Hybrid role with onsite work required four or more days per week. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $85,400–$192,900 per year.

What you will do

• Define, design, develop, test, deploy, support, and maintain full-stack applications and cloud-native services.
• Build REST microservices, user interfaces, APIs, internal frameworks, and developer tools.
• Design and optimize scalable cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud Platform, Terraform, containers, and Kubernetes.
• Create proof-of-concepts and integrate hirify.global systems and business processes to deliver analytic solutions.
• Collaborate with product managers, product designers, product owners, data scientists, and software engineers on product direction and delivery.
• Conduct design and code reviews, provide technical leadership, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of software engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or equivalent education and experience.
• At least 3 years of experience developing for and deploying to cloud platforms.
• Experience with Java, Python, SQL, test-driven development, REST-style microservices, and JavaScript UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
• Experience with GCP services, Terraform, CI/CD, containers, monitoring, DevSecOps, data engineering, and machine learning operations.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
