Utilization Management Applied Behavioral Analysis Professional (Applied Behavioral Analysis)

Location: Remote in the state of Louisiana. The role follows an Eastern Time schedule from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional weekends and holidays as needed. Minimal travel to hirify.global offices for training, meetings, or business needs may be required.

Salary: $65,000–$88,600 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Support the coordination, documentation, and communication of behavioral health services and benefit administration determinations.
• Interpret clinical criteria, policies, and procedures to determine appropriate treatment, care, and services.
• Coordinate with providers, members, and other parties to facilitate optimal care and treatment.
• Apply clinical knowledge, communication skills, and independent critical thinking to utilization management decisions.
• Follow established guidelines while making decisions in varied and occasionally ambiguous situations.

Requirements

• Master's degree and Board-Certified Behavioral Analyst credentials.
• Licensed Behavior Analyst status in Kentucky, Virginia, and Louisiana, or willingness to apply for licensure.
• At least 2 years of Applied Behavioral Analysis clinical experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook in a Windows-based environment.
• Must work remotely from Louisiana and accommodate the Eastern Time schedule. A dedicated, interruption-free workspace and internet service with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are required.

Nice to have

• Five years of Applied Behavioral Analysis experience.
• At least one year of managed care experience.
• Knowledge of community health, social service agencies, and community resources.
