What you will do

• Design and deploy a Marketing OS using AI agents for lead qualification, campaign execution, attribution, and automated workflows.
• Connect Salesforce, marketing automation platforms, event systems, and internal data sources into a unified operating layer.
• Build lead funnels, paid acquisition tracking, campaign attribution, and operating systems for recurring US events.
• Create multi-market, multi-language campaigns and personalized email, onboarding, and in-product journeys.
• Define evaluation frameworks for agent accuracy, monitor production reliability, and iterate based on measured outcomes.
• Maintain contact and account data quality through deduplication, enrichment, tagging, and lifecycle segmentation.

Requirements

• Technical degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field with a strong academic record.
• Hands-on software development experience delivering working systems.
• Experience building with APIs, automation platforms, and AI agent frameworks.
• Systems thinking, structured logic, business understanding, and the ability to ship solutions with minimal oversight.
• English fluency is required.
