Senior Growth Manager (Affiliate Marketing)

Location: Remote, work from home; candidates must reside in Mexico City, Mexico. Travel of up to 20% is required for client meetings, conferences, and internal events. Candidates must hold a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.

Target salary: $80,000–$95,000 annually, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute partner recruitment, activation, paid placement, and optimization strategies aligned with client goals and KPIs.
• Identify, recruit, and grow high-potential publisher and partner relationships that drive measurable revenue and retention.
• Manage strategically important and high-value partner relationships, including complex negotiations and terms.
• Use performance reporting to explain results, identify optimization opportunities, and guide client decisions.
• Build persuasive, data-grounded pitches for conventional and non-traditional partnership opportunities.
• Mentor Growth Managers and contribute partnership expertise, best practices, and vertical knowledge across the department.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of partnership or channel marketing experience, with an affiliate marketing background required.
• Proven success closing complex deals and meeting or exceeding revenue and recruitment targets at a senior level.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks including Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin.
• Fluent Portuguese required; Spanish fluency is also considered.
• Must reside in Mexico City, hold a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally up to 20%.
