Growth Manager (Partnership Marketing)

Location: Remote, work from home; candidates must reside in Mexico City, Mexico. Some international travel is required, up to 20%.

Target salary: $70,000–$85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Develop and execute partner recruitment, activation, optimization, and paid placement strategies for complex client programs.
• Identify, recruit, and manage high-potential publishers and partners that can drive measurable revenue growth.
• Analyze performance reporting and translate data into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Build persuasive, data-grounded pitches that explain opportunity value, expected ROI, and strategic fit.
• Manage partner budgets, revenue targets, client KPIs, and ongoing strategy pivots.
• Maintain relationships with clients and top partners while identifying emerging and non-traditional partnership opportunities.

Requirements

• Must reside in Mexico City, Mexico.
• Fluent Portuguese is required; Spanish fluency is also considered.
• 2–5 years of partnership or channel marketing experience, including affiliate marketing.
• Demonstrated success generating new business and meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks such as Impact, Partnerize, CJ, and Awin; ability to travel internationally with a valid passport.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with content partnerships, AEO, or retail media.
• Experience activating non-traditional partner types.
