Senior Legal Contracts and Risk Manager (Technology)

What you will do

• Advise procurement and business teams on legal and contractual solutions that support operational, technical, and cost-saving objectives.
• Draft and negotiate SaaS, software licensing, goods and services, memorandum of agreement, letter of intent, and partnership agreements.
• Develop contractual risk-mitigation strategies covering indemnification, liability, warranties, and other commercial terms.
• Support supply arrangements and joint collaborations across hirify.global business units.
• Advise on intellectual property, technology licensing, and related agreements.

Requirements

• University degree in law or relevant equivalent experience.
• Five to ten years of experience in a law firm or corporation.
• Experience negotiating licensing agreements, intellectual property matters, commercial transactions, and commercial contracts.
• Ability to propose flexible, practical legal solutions and adapt contractual language to business needs.
• Agility with digital tools including MS Office and SAP Ariba.
• Bilingual French and English communication skills, both oral and written.
