Sr. Cybersecurity AI Compliance Analyst (AI)

What you will do

• Monitor AI security regulations and standards, including the EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, ISO/IEC 42001, and ISO/IEC 27001, and translate requirements into internal policies.
• Review AI plug-ins, agents, MCP connectors, third-party AI APIs, and semiconductor EDA/AI design tools before integration.
• Conduct risk assessments, audits, and security testing for AI models, pipelines, and infrastructure.
• Assess threats such as prompt injection, model poisoning, data exfiltration, model extraction, and evasion attacks.
• Maintain AI security governance documentation, including threat models, risk classifications, impact assessments, and audit trails.
• Coordinate with security engineering, MLOps, data science, legal, and product teams; track remediation and report risk posture to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity, computer science, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT risk management, security compliance, or a related field.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and model development, training, deployment, and production integration.
• Strong knowledge of NIST CSF, ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, NIST AI Risk Management Framework, ISO/IEC 42001, and ISO/IEC 27017.
• Knowledge of AI/ML security threats, identity and access management, network security, and data protection.
• Experience with risk and controls matrices, audit testing procedures, documentation, stakeholder alignment, and remediation planning.
