Senior Compliance Manager (AI)

Location: On-site in Redwood City, California, within the San Francisco Bay Area. Relocation support is provided. US work authorization sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, and F-1 OPT/CPT.

Salary: $195,000–$225,000 cash, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s security and compliance program end to end and maintain an audit-ready operating model.
• Run SOC 2 Type II, HIPAA, and ISO 27001 programs, including auditor coordination and GRC platform management.
• Answer security questionnaires and RFPs and keep the trust center current.
• Own security policies, vendor risk management, training, and monitoring of new rules affecting voice AI.
• Join enterprise sales calls to answer customer security and compliance questions.
• Work directly with the founder and collaborate with Engineering and Sales to support enterprise and healthcare deals.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compliance, GRC, or security audit.
• Personally owned at least one SOC 2 Type II audit.
• Experience at a VC-backed SaaS or AI company, or at a Big 4 or audit firm performing SOC 2 or ISO work.
• Strong precision in controls, evidence, and documentation.
• Ability to explain controls clearly to engineers, CISOs, and customer security teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Redwood City, California, or relocate to the US.

Nice to have

• CISA, CISM, or CRISC certification.
• Hands-on experience with Vanta or Drata.
• HIPAA experience with healthcare customers.
