Regional Security Manager, Southeast (Physical Security)

Location: On-site at the Nashville, Tennessee office, overseeing physical security operations for several offices in the Southeast region.

Annual base salary: $102,000–$142,000, plus benefits and a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, implement, and manage strategic and tactical physical security programs for the Southeast region.
• Protect regional facilities, employees, assets, and global travelers while maintaining security processes, policies, standards, and training.
• Manage security vendors, support security technology installations, and coordinate with Security Systems & Technology, HR, Legal, and other functional teams.
• Review and assess suspicious activity, potential threats, vulnerabilities, and incoming digital information, escalating issues when appropriate.
• Conduct open-source, subscription-based, and security-related research to support threat assessment, investigations, and intelligence activities.
• Brief senior management, prepare risk and trend reports, and serve on regional crisis and incident response teams.

Requirements

• Ten years of experience in enterprise security, law enforcement, investigations, crisis management, or a related field.
• Strong tactical execution, project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders across functions and organizational levels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Ability to remain responsive and deliver results in dynamic, ambiguous, and time-sensitive situations.
• Ability to work on-site at the Nashville, Tennessee office.
